    一償宿願~續~台中民生嘉義米糕

    永遠放不掉的古早味!
    這家原本是在民生路的鐵路鐵橋下~我們都稱它火車飯!!
    現在搬到旁邊~我從小時候吃到現在一直都沒辦法忘懷的好滋味!
    香Q的長糯米淋上特製的肉燥~很清淡
    拌上蒜蓉汁及台中特殊的辣椒醬(還是東泉)~就是我最喜愛的口味~哈哈
    它的柴魚高湯,更讓人讚不絕口的一碗再一碗阿!
    當然其實這間米糕的吃法是有技巧的~
    首先~一定要先品嘗米糕的原味~這樣你就會知道他的不同了
    接下來~不要忘了在米糕上淋上店內特調的秘密武器:甜辣醬 & 大蒜泥
    把兩種醬料一起淋在米糕上面~
    濃稠新鮮的雪白大蒜泥~搭上口感微辣的甜辣醬
    清爽的米糕瞬間轉換了另種風味~即使大蒜味會破壞口腔的清新
    我還是要大力推薦~這兩種醬合一的好滋味
    另一種就是把滷蛋的蛋黃拌入米糕中~讓濃濃的蛋黃香氣分佈在口內~好吃!
    一定要特別介紹的~柴魚湯!!
    只要在店內享用米糕的話~都會附上這一碗熱騰騰的柴魚湯
    店家還會不時前來添加湯頭~深色琥珀般的晶瑩色澤~濃郁且香氣逼人的湯頭~好喝!
    這間已經有三十多年歷史的米糕~選用了來自濁水溪的長糯米!
    整碗米糕吃起來清爽不油膩~那糯米的Q勁跟油蔥的清香~贊!!
    今天早上去也是吃了三碗才願意離開~終於又讓我又一償宿願了阿!!~哈哈哈
